My name is Bartolomeo Caputo, as a new shareholder and CEO of Moonlight Technology AG, I would like to wish you a happy and prosperous New Year!

Surely you have been able to perceive the changes within Moonlight International GmbH under the management of the insolvency administrator Ingo Michelsen in the last few months. As of January 1, 2022, Moonlight Technology AG was able to take over all tangible and intangible fixed assets and current assets with the implementation of an asset deal in order to lead this company into the future. All important employees have decided to follow the path of success, in conclusion it means a seamless transition of cooperation for you.

The new corporation, Moonlight Technology AG, will retain its operational headquarters in Schwörstadt. As a member of the Management Board, I, Bartolomeo Caputo, will lead the company strategically and operationally with our team in the usual premises, and will be able to draw on my many years of experience with company successions, restructuring and change management.
